We get the following scoop from our friends at the movieweb: Jamie Foxx is in talks to star opposite Gerard Butler in the psychological thriller Law Abiding Citizen, which Frank Darabont is directing for the Film Department.
The television broadcast version is 101 minutes 35 seconds long, with a U/A certificate. The South Korean theatrical release received a 15 rating with a running time of 107 minutes. The uncut version received an 18 rating and was released on DVD. Two versions of the film exist: theatrical and unrated.

An ending that works (for me) Bonesnap 31 May 2010. Almost everyone agrees. Law Abiding Citizen is a great movie but the ending sucks. The problem is, with about 30 minutes to go, the movie wants us to stop cheering on Clyde (Gerry Butler) and suddenly start thinking of Nick (Jamie Foxx) as the hero. However, “Law Abiding Citizen” is only a so-so effort, and, with the offensive material and no redemptive payoff (especially by the prosecutor), it is hardly a positive or edifying movie. While primarily geared for less discerning teens/young adults, if you are part of the mature and older crowd that enjoys this type of film, you will .
